Free shipping excludes furniture, lighting, rugs, or over-sized decor (noted in product description). Shipping totals will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping lead times vary depending on product. However, we guarantee to ship your order in the timeliest manner possible. Please allow additional processing time for furniture and other larger items. If multiple boxes or forms of transit are required, shipments may arrive at different times.

Third-Party Shipping: Furniture and other large items may require shipping with a third-party. Additional handling fees may apply for fragile items requiring extra care for the transit process.

Non-Warehoused Items: Products that are not shipped directly from our warehouse may experience extended shipping time frames. These items may also experience back-orders. If you purchase a non-warehoused item that is backordered, you will be notified via email with the option to wait for your item or refund your purchase total. All non-warehoused products will be noted in their product description.

BACKORDERED + OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Backorder dates are subject to change. If an item you have purchased is on backorder, we will notify you of any delays. We will take requests for re-orders of out of stock items and fulfill if possible. You will be notified by email that an out-of-stock item is available. If you have a request for a bulk order, please notify us via email and we will work with you to fulfill your order if possible.

DAMAGES + ORDER ISSUES

We ensure that your item(s) are packaged with the utmost care to ensure a safe transit. However, we do understand that damages can occur during shipping and/or order issues may occur. Please inspect your order as soon as possible upon arrival and notify us of damages/errors within 48 hours and we will promptly work on a replacement or resolution. Photographs of your damaged item or your incorrect order must be provided and are required to begin the claim. If your packaging appears damaged, please photograph before opening. In the event a replacement is not available, we will refund your order total to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 days to process a damage claim.

RETURNS (ONLINE PURCHASES)

15 Day Free Return Policy

We offer a 15 day free return policy for most items. The 15 day period begins the day of delivery date. Items must be: unused, damage-free, include hardware (if applicable), and in the original condition (ex: Floral stems may not be bent). Items must be safely packaged in the original shipping materials to ensure safe transport. Item(s) returned in this less than agreed upon condition may be denied and returned to sender. Please allow 5 to 7 days from the date of receipt arrival for a quality inspection and refund issue. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved and issued. 

After 15 Day Return Policy

After the 15 day return window, customers are responsible for all return requirements, including packaging and shipping costs. Refunds are made to the original payment method, less shipping and/or handling. Please allow 5 to 7 days from the date of receipt arrival for a quality inspection and refund issue. Returned items must be damage-free and include all hardware (if applicable). Item(s) returned in this less than agreed upon condition may be denied and returned to sender. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved and issued.

RETURNS (IN-STORE PURCHASES)

In-store purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt for store credit or exchange. Receipt is required for any return or exchange. Item(s) returned in any damaged or defective condition that was not noted upon purchase may be denied.

Sale items, seasonal, furniture, mirrors, over-sized decor items, and gift cards are final sale.
